Summary of Position
The key focus of the role is to handle complaints in line with business standards, carry out compliance administration tasks, drive compliance requirements and analyse risk across the business.

Kinetic Utilities is a business energy broker. We provide a free cost analysis and consultancy service for business owners UK-wide and specialise in reducing business utility bills by analysing existing rates and costs against those that we can source and procure.

key Responsibilities
Deliver efficient and high-quality escalated complaint handling, including providing advice to internal staff and customers.

Completion of supplier audits and checks of processes to assess risk.

Providing appropriate feedback to stakeholders via digital communication and phone.

Monitor of the relevant team mailboxes.

Completing ad hoc call listening requests to assess company compliance standards.

Ad hoc duties, which can include gathering information/evidence; and administration tasks and liaising with internal/external stakeholders when required.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Essential
  • High risk/exposure complaint handling experience.
  • In depth compliance checking knowledge and experience.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.

Desirable
  • Experience in a leadership role, with proven experience of successful people and process management.
  • Good experience with using Microsoft Office suite of products to analyse and present data/trends.
  • B2B Utility complaints and compliance knowledge and experience.
  • Complaints and/or compliance role experience within a UK regulated industry.
